Ingredients
- thyme, fresh 25 g
- sea salt 60 g
- pepper, black ground 2 tbsp
- paprika, sweet 4 tsp
- garlic, granulated 1 tsp
- brown sugar 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the thyme under running water.
- 2. Shake off any excess water from the thyme.
- 3. Carefully pick the thyme leaves off the stems.
- 4. Grind the sea salt into a fine powder using a mortar.
- 5. Add the peppercorns to the ground salt.
- 6. Crush the peppercorns finely in the mortar as well.
- 7. Transfer the salt and pepper into a bowl.
- 8. Add the remaining spices and the thyme leaves.
- 9. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 10. Fill the finished mix into a clean jar.
