🍰 Semolina Pudding with Cinnamon

Ingredients
- milk 700 ml
- sugar 2 tbsp
- soft wheat semolina 100 g
- cinnamon 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring the milk together with the sugar to a boil. As soon as the milk boils, sprinkle in the semolina and simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, for about 2–3 minutes, until the semolina reaches a uniform consistency.
- 2. Fill the semolina porridge into bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
