🍰 Semolina Pudding with Red Currant Jam

Ingredients
- almonds, whole 50 g
- milk 500 ml
- sugar 20 g
- salt pinch
- soft wheat semolina 50 g
- redcurrant jam 80 g
Instructions
- 1. Coarsely chop the almonds and toast them in a pan without fat until golden brown. Then set aside to cool.
- 2. In a pot, bring milk, sugar, and salt to a boil. Gradually stir in the semolina while constantly mixing, then let it swell on low heat for about 3–5 minutes. Stir occasionally and ensure the pudding doesn’t become too thick.
- 3. Serve the semolina pudding on plates and top it with red currant jam and the toasted almonds.
