Ingredients
- milk 700 ml
- sugar 20 g
- salt pinch
- soft wheat semolina 100 g
- raspberry jam 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring milk, sugar, and salt to a boil. Gradually stir in the semolina into the boiling milk while continuously stirring and let it swell on low heat for about 3-5 minutes. Occasionally stir and ensure that the pudding doesn't become too thick.
- 2. Serve the semolina pudding in bowls and top with raspberry jam.
