🍳 Semolina Pudding with Raspberries

Ingredients
- milk 800 ml
- soft wheat semolina 80 g
- raspberries, fresh 200 g
- mint, fresh 10 g
- cinnamon pinch
- sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring the milk to a boil, sprinkle in the semolina, and cook while stirring continuously for about 2 minutes. Then, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit covered for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Thoroughly rinse the raspberries. Wash the mint, dry it, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 3. Season the semolina pudding with sugar and cinnamon, serve it in bowls, and garnish with raspberries and mint.
