🍳 Semolina Pudding with Strawberries and Chocolate Sprinkles

Ingredients
- milk 800 ml
- soft wheat semolina 80 g
- strawberries 500 g
- mint, fresh 10 g
- chocolate sprinkles, dark 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring the milk to a boil, gradually sprinkle in the semolina, and simmer for about 2 minutes while continuously stirring. Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit covered for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into quarters. Rinse the mint, pat it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely.
- 3. Serve the semolina pudding in bowls and top it with strawberries, mint, and chocolate sprinkles.
