🍰 Semolina Pudding with Strawberries

Ingredients
- milk 700 ml
- sugar 2 tbsp
- vanilla sugar 1 tbsp
- fine semolina 100 g
- strawberries 250 g
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring the milk together with sugar and vanilla sugar to a boil. As soon as the milk boils, stir in the semolina and simmer for 2–3 minutes while stirring constantly. Then remove from the heat and let it stand for a short while.
- 2. Meanwhile, wash the strawberries, remove the green parts, and cut them into quarters. Plate the semolina pudding and garnish with the strawberries. Enjoy your meal!
