🍰 Semolina Pudding with Apple and Cinnamon

Ingredients
- Apples, red 2 pcs.
- Water 100 ml
- Milk 800 ml
- Fine semolina 80 g
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly, quarter them, remove the core, and dice them. In a pot, bring the apple cubes to a boil with water and cook covered for about 8 minutes until soft.
- 2. In another pot, bring the milk to a boil over high heat, then gradually sprinkle in the semolina while stirring constantly and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit covered for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Flavor the semolina pudding with honey, distribute it evenly into bowls, top with the apples, and serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
