  3. 3. Take the feta cheese and crumble it into small pieces using your hands.
  4. 4. Put the yogurt into a tall container that is suitable for a blender.
  5. 5. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice to the yogurt.
  6. 6. Add the crumbled feta pieces to the container.
  7. 7. Add two tablespoons of water to the mixture.
  8. 8. Blend everything until a smooth cream forms.
  9. 9. Season the dressing with salt to taste.
  10. 10. Season the dressing with freshly ground pepper to taste.
  11. 11. Add a little sugar to balance the acidity.
  12. 12. Sprinkle dried oregano over the dressing.
  13. 13. Mix the spices well into the dressing.
  14. 14. Pour the finished dressing directly over your salad.
