🥗 Greek Salad with Kritharaki Pasta

Ingredients
- Kritharaki pasta 300 g
- salt pinch
- onions, red 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes mix 200 g
- salad cucumbers 1 pc.
- pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 15 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- oregano, dried 0.5 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- feta 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add some salt.
- 2. Add the Kritharaki pasta to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes until tender.
- 4. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- 5. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
- 6. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- 7. Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends.
- 8. Cut the cucumber into rough chunks.
- 9. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half.
- 10. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 11. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 12. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 13. Cut the lemon in half.
- 14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 15. Add the parsley leaves and the onion to the mixing container.
- 16. Chop the ingredients for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 17. Push the ingredients down with a spatula.
- 18. Add the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper.
- 19. Chop the vegetables for 10 seconds on speed 5.
- 20. Add the olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, oregano, pepper, and salt to the vegetables.
- 21. Mix everything for 30 seconds on speed 2.
- 22. Add the cooled Kritharaki pasta.
- 23. Mix the pasta for 20 seconds on speed 2 in reverse direction.
- 24. Crumble the feta with your hands or cut it into cubes.
- 25. Place the salad with pasta into a bowl.
- 26. Sprinkle the feta over the salad.
- 27. Serve the salad and enjoy your meal!
