  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add some salt.
  2. 2. Add the Kritharaki pasta to the boiling water.
  3. 3. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and cut it in half.
  6. 6. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
  7. 7. Wash the cucumber and cut off the ends.
  8. 8. Cut the cucumber into rough chunks.
  9. 9. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half.
  10. 10. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  12. 12. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
  13. 13. Cut the lemon in half.
  14. 14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  15. 15. Add the parsley leaves and the onion to the mixing container.
  16. 16. Chop the ingredients for 4 seconds on speed 8.
  17. 17. Push the ingredients down with a spatula.
  18. 18. Add the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper.
  19. 19. Chop the vegetables for 10 seconds on speed 5.
  20. 20. Add the olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, oregano, pepper, and salt to the vegetables.
  21. 21. Mix everything for 30 seconds on speed 2.
  22. 22. Add the cooled Kritharaki pasta.
  23. 23. Mix the pasta for 20 seconds on speed 2 in reverse direction.
  24. 24. Crumble the feta with your hands or cut it into cubes.
  25. 25. Place the salad with pasta into a bowl.
  26. 26. Sprinkle the feta over the salad.
  27. 27. Serve the salad and enjoy your meal!
