🍽️ Crispy Potatoes with Greek Dressing

Ingredients
- small potatoes, mainly firm 1 kg
- garlic cloves 4 pcs.
- oregano, dried 1 tsp
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- parsley, fresh 25 g
- dill, fresh 25 g
- olives, black 100 g
- cherry tomatoes 300 g
- salad cucumbers 0.5 pcs.
- vegan feta cheese 150 g
- lemons 1 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them in half.
- 3. Peel the garlic. Chop it coarsely.
- 4. Take a large bowl. Add the potato halves, the chopped garlic, oregano, sweet paprika powder, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- 6. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Spread them out flat.
- 7. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes. They should become crispy.
- 8. Take a second bowl. Fill it with the remaining marinade and set it aside.
- 9. Wash the parsley and dill. Shake them dry.
- 10. Chop the herbs finely.
- 11. Drain the olives in a sieve.
- 12. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Cut them in half.
- 13. Wash the cucumber. Cut off the ends. Dice the cucumber.
- 14. Dice the Genießerblock (a cheese product).
- 15. Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze out the juice.
- 16. Take the baking sheet out of the oven. Let the potatoes and garlic cool down briefly.
- 17. Add the cooled potatoes and garlic to the bowl with the remaining marinade.
- 18. Add the chopped parsley and dill.
- 19. Add the drained olives.
- 20. Add the halved cherry tomatoes.
- 21. Add the diced cucumber.
- 22. Add the diced Genießerblock.
- 23. Add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 24. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 25. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 26. Taste the salad with salt and pepper. Adjust the spices as needed.
- 27. Serve the potato salad on a plate.
- 28. Serve the salad. Enjoy your meal!
