  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Set the heating mode to top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them in half.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic. Chop it coarsely.
  4. 4. Take a large bowl. Add the potato halves, the chopped garlic, oregano, sweet paprika powder, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  6. 6. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Spread them out flat.
  7. 7. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes. They should become crispy.
  8. 8. Take a second bowl. Fill it with the remaining marinade and set it aside.
  9. 9. Wash the parsley and dill. Shake them dry.
  10. 10. Chop the herbs finely.
  11. 11. Drain the olives in a sieve.
  12. 12. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Cut them in half.
  13. 13. Wash the cucumber. Cut off the ends. Dice the cucumber.
  14. 14. Dice the Genießerblock (a cheese product).
  15. 15. Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze out the juice.
  16. 16. Take the baking sheet out of the oven. Let the potatoes and garlic cool down briefly.
  17. 17. Add the cooled potatoes and garlic to the bowl with the remaining marinade.
  18. 18. Add the chopped parsley and dill.
  19. 19. Add the drained olives.
  20. 20. Add the halved cherry tomatoes.
  21. 21. Add the diced cucumber.
  22. 22. Add the diced Genießerblock.
  23. 23. Add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  24. 24. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  25. 25. Mix all ingredients well together.
