🍰 Fresh Mango Salad with Honey Yogurt

Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Pomegranate 1 pc.
- Mint, fresh 20 g
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Sour Yogurt Greek Style 500 g
- Honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 2. Dice the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Halve the pomegranate.
- 4. Tap the shell with a spoon to release the seeds.
- 5. Rinse the mint under cold water.
- 6. Pat the mint dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 8. Finely chop the mint leaves.
- 9. Halve the lime.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 11. Place the mango cubes, pomegranate seeds, and chopped mint into a bowl.
- 12. Add two tablespoons of lime juice to the fruits and mint.
- 13. Mix everything well in the bowl.
- 14. Stir the Greek yogurt in a cup with honey.
- 15. Fill the yogurt into small bowls.
- 16. Top with the mango fruit salad.
