  2. 2. Dice the mango flesh into small cubes.
  3. 3. Halve the pomegranate.
  4. 4. Tap the shell with a spoon to release the seeds.
  5. 5. Rinse the mint under cold water.
  6. 6. Pat the mint dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  8. 8. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  9. 9. Halve the lime.
  10. 10. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  11. 11. Place the mango cubes, pomegranate seeds, and chopped mint into a bowl.
  12. 12. Add two tablespoons of lime juice to the fruits and mint.
  13. 13. Mix everything well in the bowl.
