🍽️ Greek Potato Pan with Peppers

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly firm 1 kg
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- bell peppers 2 pcs
- onions, yellow 2 pcs
- Vegan Shepherd's Delight 150 g
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- rosemary, dried 1 tsp
- olives, black 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- 3. Heat some oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 4. Place the potato slices into the hot pan.
- 5. Fry the potatoes for about 20 minutes, turning them over occasionally.
- 6. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper at the end.
- 7. Wash the peppers and remove the core.
- 8. Cut the peppers into small cubes.
- 9. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 10. Slice the onion into thin strips.
- 11. Add the onion strips and pepper cubes to the potatoes in the pan.
- 12. Cook the vegetables with the potatoes for another 5 minutes.
- 13. Cut the Genießer block (a plant-based cooking fat) into small cubes.
- 14. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 15. Chop the parsley roughly.
- 16. Gently fold in the Genießer block, parsley, and olives into the potato mixture.
- 17. Plate the dish and serve it immediately.
