  3. 3. Cut the cabbage flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
  6. 6. Cut the cucumber into small cubes as well.
  7. 7. Wash the chives.
  8. 8. Shake the chives dry.
  9. 9. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic.
  11. 11. Halve the avocado.
  12. 12. Remove the pit of the avocado.
  13. 13. Carefully separate the avocado flesh from the skin.
  14. 14. Wash the baby spinach and the basil.
  15. 15. Shake the vegetables dry.
  16. 16. Remove the thick stems from the basil.
  17. 17. Halve the lemon.
  18. 18. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  19. 19. Place the garlic, avocado, baby spinach, and basil into a tall container.
  20. 20. Add the almonds.
  21. 21. Add three tablespoons of lemon juice.
  22. 22. Add some olive oil.
  23. 23. Blend the mixture until smooth.

  26. 26. Sweeten the dressing to taste with agave syrup.
