🥗 Creamy Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients
- Pointed cabbage 1 pc.
- Cucumbers 1 pc.
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Baby spinach 50 g
- Basil, fresh 25 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Almonds, whole 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Agave syrup 1 tsp
- Baguette 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the savoy cabbage and cut it into quarters.
- 2. Remove the hard core from the cabbage.
- 3. Cut the cabbage flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 5. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
- 6. Cut the cucumber into small cubes as well.
- 7. Wash the chives.
- 8. Shake the chives dry.
- 9. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 10. Peel the garlic.
- 11. Halve the avocado.
- 12. Remove the pit of the avocado.
- 13. Carefully separate the avocado flesh from the skin.
- 14. Wash the baby spinach and the basil.
- 15. Shake the vegetables dry.
- 16. Remove the thick stems from the basil.
- 17. Halve the lemon.
- 18. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 19. Place the garlic, avocado, baby spinach, and basil into a tall container.
- 20. Add the almonds.
- 21. Add three tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 22. Add some olive oil.
- 23. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 24. Season the dressing with salt.
- 25. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 26. Sweeten the dressing to taste with agave syrup.
- 27. Place the chopped cabbage and cucumber into a large bowl.
- 28. Add the chives to the bowl.
- 29. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
- 30. Mix everything well together.
- 31. Serve the salad with fresh baguette.
