🍳 Crunchy Granola with Hemp Seeds and Cranberries

Ingredients
- coconut oil 6 tbsp
- beet syrup 4 tbsp
- orange juice 100 ml
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- oats, hearty 150 g
- pumpkin seeds 6 tbsp
- almonds, whole, blanched 6 tbsp
- hemp seeds, unshelled 200 g
- cranberries, dried 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place the coconut oil, beet syrup, orange juice, and cinnamon in a pot.
- 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the coconut oil has completely melted.
- 4. Add the oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and hemp seeds to a large bowl.
- 5. Pour the warm liquid from the pot over the dry mixture.
- 6. Stir everything well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 8. Spread the granola mixture evenly on the tray.
- 9. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 10. Bake the granola for about 20 minutes.
- 11. Take the tray out occasionally and stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.
- 12. Make sure the granola does not burn.
- 13. Remove the granola from the oven after the baking time.
- 14. Set aside the cranberries until the granola has cooled down slightly.
- 15. Mix the cranberries into the cooled granola.
- 16. Let the granola cool down completely.
- 17. Store the finished granola in an airtight jar.
