  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Place the coconut oil, beet syrup, orange juice, and cinnamon in a pot.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the coconut oil has completely melted.
  4. 4. Add the oats, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and hemp seeds to a large bowl.
  5. 5. Pour the warm liquid from the pot over the dry mixture.
  6. 6. Stir everything well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  7. 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  8. 8. Spread the granola mixture evenly on the tray.
  9. 9. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
  10. 10. Bake the granola for about 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Take the tray out occasionally and stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.
  12. 12. Make sure the granola does not burn.
  13. 13. Remove the granola from the oven after the baking time.
  14. 14. Set aside the cranberries until the granola has cooled down slightly.
  15. 15. Mix the cranberries into the cooled granola.
  16. 16. Let the granola cool down completely.
  17. 17. Store the finished granola in an airtight jar.
