🍳 Crunchy Granola

Ingredients
- coconut oil 100 g
- honey 100 g
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- walnut kernels 2 tbsp
- pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp
- hazelnut kernels, whole 2 tbsp
- cranberries, dried 50 g
- oat flakes, coarse 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Place the coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan.
- 3. Warm the mixture over medium heat.
- 4. Stir continuously until everything has melted and combined.
- 5. This should take about three minutes.
- 6. Roughly chop the seeds and nuts.
- 7. Add the chopped seeds and nuts to a large bowl.
- 8. Add the oat flakes.
- 9. Pour the warm oil and honey mixture over the dry ingredients.
- 10. Mix everything well until all ingredients are coated.
- 11. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 12. Spread the granola mixture evenly on the tray.
- 13. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 14. Bake the granola for ten minutes.
- 15. Take the tray out of the oven briefly.
- 16. Turn the mixture so it browns evenly.
- 17. Bake for another six minutes.
- 18. Watch closely as it can burn quickly.
- 19. Remove the granola from the oven when it is golden brown.
- 20. Mix the dried cranberries into the hot granola.
- 21. Let the granola cool down completely.
- 22. Transfer it into an airtight container.
- 23. Enjoy your meal!
