Ingredients
- Pomegranate 4 pcs
- Water 200 ml
- Sugar 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pomegranates in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Add the pomegranate juice, water, lemon juice, and sugar to a pot.
- 4. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it comes to a boil.
- 5. Let the syrup simmer for about 5 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 6. Pour the hot syrup into sterilized jars or bottles.
- 7. Seal the containers immediately.
- 8. Store the syrup in a cool, dark place until you are ready to use it.
