🥤 Fruity Pomegranate Punch with Sparkling Wine

Ingredients
- Pomegranate 2 pcs
- Cognac 75 ml
- Vanilla Sugar 2 tsp
- Sugar 40 g
- Oranges 2 pcs
- Prosecco 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pomegranates in half.
- 2. Squeeze the juice from three pomegranate halves.
- 3. Pour the juice into a large bowl.
- 4. Add cognac, vanilla sugar, and sugar.
- 5. Stir the mixture well until the sugar has dissolved.
- 6. Rinse the oranges thoroughly.
- 7. Slice the oranges into thin rounds.
- 8. Add the orange slices to the juice mixture.
- 9. Cover the bowl and let the punch steep for at least one hour.
- 10. Take the remaining pomegranate half.
- 11. Gently tap out the seeds with a spoon.
- 12. Distribute the pomegranate seeds evenly among the drinking glasses.
- 13. Fill the glasses with the prepared pomegranate mixture.
- 14. Top off the drink with cold prosecco.
- 15. Enjoy the punch immediately.
