🥤 Fruity Pomegranate Spritz

Ingredients
- Pomegranate 3 pcs.
- Lemon 1 pcs.
- Sugar 200 g
- Champagne 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pomegranates in half.
- 2. Gently squeeze the flesh to extract the juice.
- 3. Pour the juice through a fine sieve to remove seeds and fibers.
- 4. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out its juice.
- 5. Add 300 milliliters of pomegranate juice, three tablespoons of lemon juice, and 200 grams of sugar to a pot.
- 6. Stir the mixture well until the sugar has dissolved.
- 7. Heat the liquid on medium heat.
- 8. Let the syrup simmer gently for about five minutes.
- 9. Pour the hot pomegranate syrup into a flip-top bottle.
- 10. Seal the bottle well and let the syrup cool down.
- 11. Add two to three tablespoons of the cooled pomegranate syrup into a glass.
- 12. Top up the glass with chilled champagne.
- 13. Serve the pomegranate spritz immediately and enjoy.
