🥤 Pomegranate Moscow Mule

Ingredients
- Pomegranate 1 pc.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Ice cubes 50 g
- Vodka 20 ml
- Ginger Ale 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pomegranate in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds from one of the halves.
- 3. Squeeze the deseeded half to extract the juice.
- 4. Pour the pomegranate juice and sugar into a small saucepan.
- 5. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils.
- 6. Simmer the syrup for about 5 minutes until it becomes syrupy.
- 7. Let the syrup cool down completely.
- 8. Cut the lime in half.
- 9. Slice one of the lime halves into thin rounds.
- 10. Squeeze the other lime half to extract the juice.
- 11. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- 12. Add some pomegranate seeds to the glass.
- 13. Pour the vodka into the glass.
- 14. Add the cooled pomegranate syrup.
- 15. Add one tablespoon of lime juice to the glass.
- 16. Top up the glass with ginger ale.
- 17. Garnish the drink with the lime slices.
- 18. Serve the pomegranate Moscow Mule immediately.
