🥤 Icy Pomegranate Summer Delight

Ingredients
- Pomegranate 5 pcs.
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
- Rosé wine 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pomegranates horizontally through the middle.
- 2. Remove about one tablespoon of seeds and set them aside.
- 3. Squeeze the remaining fruit pulp from the pomegranates using a juicer.
- 4. Pour the extracted pomegranate juice and the sugar into a saucepan.
- 5. Warm the mixture over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- 6. Stir 200 milliliters of rosé wine into the juice mixture.
- 7. Remove the saucepan from the heat source.
- 8. Pour the liquid into a plastic container.
- 9. Place the container in the freezer compartment for about two hours.
- 10. Wait until the mixture is completely frozen solid.
- 11. Fluff up the ice with a fork.
- 12. Distribute the granité evenly into pre-chilled glasses.
- 13. Pour the remaining rosé wine over the ice.
- 14. Garnish the dessert with the reserved pomegranate seeds.
