  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  7. 7. Add the Gorgonzola to the sauce gradually.
  8. 8. Stir constantly until the cheese has completely melted.
  9. 9. If the sauce is too thick, thin it out with a little water.
  10. 10. Finally, season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
