🍽️ Homemade Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Gorgonzola 300 g
- butter 1 tbsp.
- whipping cream 400 ml
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 2. Cut the Gorgonzola cheese into small cubes.
- 3. Heat the butter in a pot over low heat.
- 4. Add the chopped garlic and fry it for about 1 minute.
- 5. Deglaze the pot with the cream.
- 6. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- 7. Add the Gorgonzola to the sauce gradually.
- 8. Stir constantly until the cheese has completely melted.
- 9. If the sauce is too thick, thin it out with a little water.
- 10. Finally, season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 11. Serve the finished sauce with pasta as desired.
