  1. 1. Mix the oat flakes with water, turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and ginger in a pot and let the porridge thicken for approx. 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Add the honey and transfer the porridge to a bowl.
  2. 2. Slice or dice the apple. Mix it with lemon juice, honey and cinnamon and fry it in a pan for about 1-2 minutes. If you want to make apple roses, slice the apple slices about 1 millimeter thick, which you can then simply shape into roses.
  3. 3. Toast the almonds to your liking and then add yogurt, almonds, apple roses, cranberries and flax seeds. Serve the porridge warm or cold. Enjoy your meal!
