🍳 Golden Milk Apple Porridge

Ingredients
- almonds, sliced 80 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- apples, red 2 pcs.
- honey 8 tsp
- cinnamon pinch
- oat flakes, fine 200 g
- water 800 ml
- turmeric, ground 4 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- ginger powder pinch
- yogurt, plain 160 g
- cranberries, dried 80 g
- flax seeds, whole 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Mix the oat flakes with water, turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and ginger in a pot and let the porridge thicken for approx. 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Add the honey and transfer the porridge to a bowl.
- 2. Slice or dice the apple. Mix it with lemon juice, honey and cinnamon and fry it in a pan for about 1-2 minutes. If you want to make apple roses, slice the apple slices about 1 millimeter thick, which you can then simply shape into roses.
- 3. Toast the almonds to your liking and then add yogurt, almonds, apple roses, cranberries and flax seeds. Serve the porridge warm or cold. Enjoy your meal!
