  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the seedless grapes.
  2. 2. Pull the individual berries off the grape clusters.
  3. 3. Place the grapes in the freezer.
  4. 4. Let them freeze for about 3 hours until they are completely frozen solid.
  5. 5. Cut the lemon in half.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  7. 7. Take a large bowl.
  8. 8. Add the goat yogurt to the bowl.
  9. 9. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
  10. 10. Add honey.
  11. 11. Mix all ingredients well together.
  12. 12. Place the yogurt mixture in the refrigerator for a while.
  13. 13. Let the flavors infuse well.
  14. 14. Roughly chop the caramelized hazelnuts.
  15. 15. Take the frozen grapes out of the freezer.
  16. 16. Crush the grapes with a knife.
  17. 17. Alternatively, you can puree them with a hand blender.
  18. 18. Divide the yogurt among several bowls.
  19. 19. Top with the crushed frozen grapes.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over it.
  21. 21. Serve the dish immediately.
