🍰 Goat Yogurt with Frozen Grapes

Ingredients
- dark wine grapes 400 g
- organic lemon 1 pc.
- Greek Goat Yoghurt 500 g
- honey 2 tbsp
- caramelized hazelnuts 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the seedless grapes.
- 2. Pull the individual berries off the grape clusters.
- 3. Place the grapes in the freezer.
- 4. Let them freeze for about 3 hours until they are completely frozen solid.
- 5. Cut the lemon in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- 7. Take a large bowl.
- 8. Add the goat yogurt to the bowl.
- 9. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 10. Add honey.
- 11. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 12. Place the yogurt mixture in the refrigerator for a while.
- 13. Let the flavors infuse well.
- 14. Roughly chop the caramelized hazelnuts.
- 15. Take the frozen grapes out of the freezer.
- 16. Crush the grapes with a knife.
- 17. Alternatively, you can puree them with a hand blender.
- 18. Divide the yogurt among several bowls.
- 19. Top with the crushed frozen grapes.
- 20. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over it.
- 21. Serve the dish immediately.
