  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Rinse the arugula and let it drain. Tear the mozzarella into rough pieces. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. Heat the oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over high heat and fry the gnocchi for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, season with sugar, and fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Season the gnocchi-tomato pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice, salt, and pepper. Fold in the arugula and serve with the mozzarella. Enjoy your meal!
