Ingredients
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Gnocchi, fresh 800 g
- Peas, frozen 400 g
- Mushrooms, white 400 g
- Boiled ham 200 g
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Heavy cream 200 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Parmesan, grated 5 tbsp
- Chives, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). Add the gnocchi to the boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes until they float to the surface. Add the peas after about 3 minutes. Then drain everything in a sieve.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms as needed with a kitchen towel and quarter them. Halve the slices of boiled ham and cut them into strips.
- 3. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the mushrooms in it for about 5 minutes. Add the ham, deglaze with cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Place the gnocchi and peas in a baking dish, stir in the ham-mushroom mixture, and sprinkle with Parmesan. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
- 5. In the meantime, wash the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into fine rings. Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven, plate the gnocchi, sprinkle with chives, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
