🍽️ Creamy Gnocchi with Broccoli

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- olive oil 4 tbsp.
- broccoli 500 g
- heavy cream 100 g
- milk 100 g
- salt 0.25 tsp.
- pepper, black ground 0.25 tsp.
- marjoram, dried 1 tsp.
- oregano, dried 1 tsp.
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp.
- nutmeg, ground pinch
- tomatoes, dried 100 g
- peas, frozen 100 g
- gnocchi, fresh 600 g
- parmesan 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and the onion.
- 2. Dice the garlic and the onion into fine cubes.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 4. Fry the onion and garlic cubes for about 4 to 5 minutes with the lid on.
- 5. Stir the vegetables occasionally while frying.
- 6. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 7. Peel the tough stem of the broccoli.
- 8. Dice the peeled stem into fine cubes.
- 9. Add the broccoli florets and the stem cubes to the pan.
- 10. Fry the broccoli for about 1 minute.
- 11. Pour the cream and the milk into the pan.
- 12. Let the sauce come to a brief boil.
- 13. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, marjoram, oregano, paprika, and a pinch of ground nutmeg.
- 14. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
- 15. Add the dried tomatoes to the pan.
