🍳 Crunchy Gluten-Free Grain Bread

Ingredients
- yeast 0.5 packet
- water 400 ml
- sugar 1 tsp
- flour, gluten-free 320 g
- salt pinch
- balsamic vinegar, light 1 tsp
- salad seed mix 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Put the yeast into a bowl.
- 2. Pour in lukewarm water and the sugar.
- 3. Stir everything well until the yeast has dissolved.
- 4. Cover the bowl.
- 5. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Add the flour to the bowl.
- 7. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 8. Add the vinegar.
- 9. Take three quarters of the grain mix.
- 10. Add this part of the grains.
- 11. Knead the dough until it is smooth.
- 12. Fill the dough into a loaf pan.
- 13. Let the dough rise for about 2 hours.
- 14. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 15. Use the top and bottom heat setting.
- 16. Take the remaining grains.
- 17. Distribute the grains on the bread.
- 18. Bake the bread for about 60 minutes.
- 19. Take the bread out of the oven carefully.
- 20. Let the bread cool down completely.
- 21. Serve the bread.
