  6. 6. Process the ingredients with a hand mixer and dough hooks to form a smooth dough.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise for about one hour.
  8. 8. Lightly dust your work surface with flour.
  9. 9. Turn the dough out onto the floured surface.
  10. 10. Knead the four sides of the dough from the outside in with slightly damp hands.
  11. 11. Place the dough back into a bowl.
  12. 12. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Let the dough rise for another thirty minutes.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
