🍰 Gluten-free vanilla crescents

Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- flour, gluten-free 280 g
- powdered sugar 90 g
- hazelnut kernels, ground 130 g
- sugar 2 tbsp
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
Instructions
- 1. Take the butter out of the fridge to let it soften.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 3. Put the flour and 70 grams of powdered sugar into a bowl.
- 4. Add the softened butter and the ground hazelnuts.
- 5. Work all ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 6. Shape small crescents from the dough.
- 7. Place the crescents on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between them.
- 8. Bake the crescents for about 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
- 9. Mix 20 grams of powdered sugar with vanilla sugar in a separate bowl.
- 10. Roll the still warm crescents in the sugar mixture.
- 11. Let the crescents cool down completely.
