  2. 2. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Place the quark, soft butter, and eggs in a bowl.
  4. 4. Stir the mixture until smooth and free of lumps.
  5. 5. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  6. 6. Stir everything well until evenly combined.
  7. 7. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  8. 8. Add the flour mixture to the quark mixture.
  9. 9. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  10. 10. Fold the chopped chocolate pieces into the dough.
  11. 11. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  12. 12. Shape about 10 small rolls from the dough.
  13. 13. Place the rolls on the prepared tray.
  14. 14. Bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes.
