🍰 Gluten-free Chocolate Quark Rolls

Ingredients
- Chocolate, dark 150 g
- Quark 40% fat in total solids 250 g
- butter 150 g
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Brown sugar 100 g
- Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Flour, gluten-free 350 g
- Baking powder 3 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan (convection).
- 2. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
- 3. Place the quark, soft butter, and eggs in a bowl.
- 4. Stir the mixture until smooth and free of lumps.
- 5. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- 6. Stir everything well until evenly combined.
- 7. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
- 8. Add the flour mixture to the quark mixture.
- 9. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 10. Fold the chopped chocolate pieces into the dough.
- 11. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 12. Shape about 10 small rolls from the dough.
- 13. Place the rolls on the prepared tray.
- 14. Bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 15. Remove them when they are golden brown.
