Ingredients
- butter 125 g
- sugar 100 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- eggs 2 pcs.
- flour, gluten-free 150 g
- cocoa powder 1 tbsp
- baking powder 0.5 packet
- milk 50 ml
- chocolate chips 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a large bowl and add the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and the eggs.
- 3. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer using the whisk attachment until the mixture is fluffy.
- 4. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder directly into the bowl with the butter mixture.
- 5. Mix everything with the mixer until you have a smooth batter.
- 6. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk gradually until you reach the desired consistency.
- 7. Gently fold the chocolate chips into the batter using a spoon or spatula.
- 8. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with baking cups.
- 9. Distribute the batter evenly among the prepared cups.
- 10. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake the muffins for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 11. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool for a moment before taking them out of the tin.
- 12. Place the muffins on a wire rack to cool down completely.
