Ingredients
- butter 225 g
- chocolate coating, dark 150 g
- flour, gluten-free 250 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- eggs 2 pcs
- brown sugar 200 g
- sugar 70 g
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- sea salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
- 2. Roughly chop the chocolate coating.
- 3. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt well together in a bowl.
- 4. Beat the eggs, cane sugar, sugar, and vanilla sugar together using a hand mixer with dough hooks.
- 5. Stir the melted butter into the smooth dough.
- 6. Fold the chopped coating into the cookie mixture.
- 7. Let the cookie mixture rest covered for about 30 minutes.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 190 °C top and bottom heat.
- 9. Portion the dough using an ice cream scoop or spoon and place the portions on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 10. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Let the cookies cool down and serve them.
