  4. 4. Beat the eggs, cane sugar, sugar, and vanilla sugar together using a hand mixer with dough hooks.
  5. 5. Stir the melted butter into the smooth dough.
  6. 6. Fold the chopped coating into the cookie mixture.
  7. 7. Let the cookie mixture rest covered for about 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 190 °C top and bottom heat.
  9. 9. Portion the dough using an ice cream scoop or spoon and place the portions on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  10. 10. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11. Let the cookies cool down and serve them.
