🍕 Crunchy Gluten-Free Pizza

Ingredients
- Dry yeast 21 g
- Water 150 ml
- Sugar Pinch
- Flour, gluten-free 330 g
- Salt Pinch
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Mozzarella 2 pcs.
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Tomatoes, pureed 400 g
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and sugar.
- 2. Let the mixture rest covered for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Add the flour, salt, and oil to the yeast mixture.
- 4. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 5. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- 6. Drain the mozzarella.
- 7. Slice the mozzarella.
- 8. Wash the basil and dry the leaves thoroughly.
- 9. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 250 °C top/bottom heat.
- 11. Knead the dough briefly on a lightly floured surface.
- 12. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
- 13. Roll the dough pieces into round pizza bases.
- 14. Place the pizza bases on trays lined with baking paper.
- 15. Spread 3 tablespoons of pureed tomatoes on each base.
- 16. Top the pizzas evenly with the mozzarella slices.
- 17. Season the pizzas with salt and pepper.
- 18. Bake the pizzas one after another for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- 19. Sprinkle the finished pizza with fresh basil leaves.
- 20. Serve the pizza immediately.
