🍳 Delicious Gluten-Free Pancakes

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs.
- flour, gluten-free 200 g
- salt pinch
- sugar 50 g
- milk 300 ml
- oil 6 tbsp.
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a large bowl.
- 2. Add flour, salt, and sugar to the eggs.
- 3. Gently mix the dry ingredients with the eggs.
- 4. Pour the milk slowly and gradually into the bowl.
- 5. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until the batter is smooth.
- 6. Ensure the batter is slightly thick and free of lumps.
- 7. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 8. Add one tablespoon of oil to the hot pan.
- 9. Wait briefly until the oil is warm.
- 10. Pour one ladle (one portion) of the batter into the pan.
- 11. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 12. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes.
- 13. Watch until the bottom turns golden brown.
- 14. Check if the pancake is firming up and releasing easily from the bottom.
- 15. Flip the pancake carefully with a spatula.
- 16. Cook the second side for about thirty seconds.
- 17. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
- 18. Set the pancake aside.
- 19. Repeat the steps for the remaining batter.
- 20. Dust powdered sugar over the finished pancakes.
- 21. Serve the pancakes immediately.
