  8. 8. Add one tablespoon of oil to the hot pan.
  9. 9. Wait briefly until the oil is warm.
  10. 10. Pour one ladle (one portion) of the batter into the pan.
  11. 11. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  12. 12. Cook the pancake for about one to two minutes.
  13. 13. Watch until the bottom turns golden brown.
  14. 14. Check if the pancake is firming up and releasing easily from the bottom.
  15. 15. Flip the pancake carefully with a spatula.
