  1. 1. Cut two oranges in half and squeeze out the juice. Wash the remaining orange thoroughly and slice it.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring the freshly squeezed orange juice, apple juice, blackcurrant juice, cinnamon, star anise, and cloves to a boil. Add the orange slices and let steep over low heat for about 15 minutes, then strain the juice through a sieve.
  3. 3. In the pot, mix the gin with the hot juice and sweeten to taste with honey. Fill the mulled gin hot into cups and serve. Cheers!
