Ingredients
- Oranges 3 pcs
- Apple juice, cloudy 500 ml
- Direct juice Blackcurrant-Blueberry-Cassis 200 ml
- Cinnamon stick 2 pcs
- Star anise 1 tbsp
- Cloves 5 pcs
- gin 100 ml
- Honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut two oranges in half and squeeze out the juice. Wash the remaining orange thoroughly and slice it.
- 2. In a pot, bring the freshly squeezed orange juice, apple juice, blackcurrant juice, cinnamon, star anise, and cloves to a boil. Add the orange slices and let steep over low heat for about 15 minutes, then strain the juice through a sieve.
- 3. In the pot, mix the gin with the hot juice and sweeten to taste with honey. Fill the mulled gin hot into cups and serve. Cheers!
