  5. 5. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  6. 6. Wait until the volume of the dough has doubled.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 180 °C conventional heat.
  8. 8. Knead the dough once more briefly.
  9. 9. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  10. 10. Roll out the dough thinly.
  11. 11. Cut or punch out squares with a side length of about 2 cm.
  12. 12. Divide the dough into a small and a large portion.
  13. 13. Roll out the marzipan thinly with a rolling pin.
  14. 14. Cut out clover shapes from the smaller dough portion.
  15. 15. Cut out more squares from the larger dough portion.
  16. 16. Place the yeast dough squares on a baking sheet.
  17. 17. Layer the dough sheets alternately with thin marzipan layers.
  18. 18. Ensure that a total of four layers are created.
  19. 19. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes in the oven.
  20. 20. Remove the lucky bites from the oven.
  21. 21. Let the cookies cool completely.
  22. 22. Decorate each cookie with a marzipan clover.
