🍽️ Glazed Bratwurst Bites

Ingredients
- oil 1 tbsp
- bratwursts 4 pcs
- beer 330 ml
- honey 5 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- brown sugar 2 tsp
- cornstarch 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 2. Fry the bratwursts in it for about 4 minutes.
- 3. Remove the bratwursts from the pan and let them cool down briefly.
- 4. Slice the bratwursts into rounds about 1 to 2 centimeters thick.
- 5. Mix beer, honey, mustard, and cane sugar in a bowl.
- 6. Pour the beer sauce into the pan and reduce it over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- 7. Mix starch with 3 tablespoons of cold water in a separate bowl.
- 8. Stir the starch-water mixture into the sauce.
- 9. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 3 minutes until it thickens.
- 10. Season the beer sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Skewer the bratwurst slices with toothpicks.
- 12. Arrange the bratwurst bites on a plate and serve with the beer sauce.
