  1. 1. Rinse the limes thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Finely grate the zest from one lime (this is about 3 teaspoons).
  3. 3. Cut this lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Wash the second lime as well.
  5. 5. Slice the second lime into very thin rounds.
  6. 6. Pour the whipping cream into a tall container.
  7. 7. Whip the cream stiff using a hand mixer and a whisk attachment.
  8. 8. Place the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and yogurt in a separate bowl.
  9. 9. Add 10 teaspoons of powdered sugar.
  10. 10. Add 2 teaspoons of the previously grated lime zest.
  11. 11. Add 1 tablespoon of the lime juice.
  12. 12. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  13. 13. Stir the gin into the mixture.
  14. 14. Stir the tonic water into the mixture.
  15. 15. Gently fold the stiffly whipped cream into the cream mixture.
  16. 16. Taste the gin-tonic cream at the end and adjust if necessary.
  17. 17. Soak the ladyfinger biscuits with the remaining lime juice.
  18. 18. Place half of the biscuits side by side on the bottom of a baking dish.
  19. 19. Spread half of the gin-tonic cream evenly over the biscuits.
  20. 20. Place the remaining biscuits on top.
  21. 21. Spread the remaining cream as the top layer.
  22. 22. Decorate the tiramisu with the thin lime slices.
  23. 23. Sprinkle the remaining lime zest over it.
  24. 24. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator until serving.
