  1. 1. Wash the limes thoroughly.
  2. 2. Finely grate the zest from one lime. You need about three teaspoons of zest.
  3. 3. Halve this lime and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Wash the second lime as well.
  5. 5. Slice the second lime into thin rings.
  6. 6. Put the whipping cream into a tall container.
  7. 7. Whip the cream stiff using a hand mixer and a whisk.
  8. 8. Put the cream cheese into a bowl.
  9. 9. Add the crème fraîche.
  10. 10. Add the yogurt.
  11. 11. Sprinkle in the powdered sugar.
  12. 12. Add two teaspoons of the grated lime zest.
  13. 13. Add one tablespoon of lime juice.
  14. 14. Mix the ingredients until creamy.
  15. 15. Add the gin.
  16. 16. Add the tonic water.
  17. 17. Mix the mixture well.
  18. 18. Gently fold in the stiffly whipped cream.
  19. 19. Taste the gin-tonic cream.
  20. 20. Soak the ladyfinger biscuits with the remaining lime juice.
  21. 21. Place half of the biscuits side by side in a baking dish.
  22. 22. Spread half of the gin-tonic cream evenly over them.
  23. 23. Repeat the layering.
  24. 24. Decorate the tiramisu with the lime slices.
  25. 25. Sprinkle the lime zest over it.
  26. 26. Chill the tiramisu before serving.
