  3. 3. Place the lime wedges into a large glass.
  4. 4. Add the sugar, raspberries, and thyme sprigs.
  5. 5. Muddle the ingredients with a pestle until the juice is released.
  6. 6. Strain the mixture through a sieve to catch the liquid.
  7. 7. Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  8. 8. Pour the collected juice over the ice.
  9. 9. Top up the drink with gin.
  10. 10. Finish the glass with sparkling water.
  11. 11. Separate the egg and use the yolk for another purpose.
  12. 12. Whip the egg whites in a bowl using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment until stiff.
  13. 13. Add the powdered sugar spoonful by spoonful and continue beating until the mixture is thick and glossy.
