Ingredients
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Brown sugar 1 tsp.
- Water 2 tbsp.
- gin 20 ml
- Ice cubes 3 tbsp.
- Mineral water, classic 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly under hot water and cut off two thin slices. Squeeze the rest of the lemon. Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a pot and then let it cool down. In a bowl, mix the gin, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and the sugar syrup well.
- 2. Distribute the ice cubes evenly in long drink glasses. Pour the gin mixture over them and top up with mineral water. Garnish the Gin Fizz with a lemon slice and serve. Cheers!
