  1. 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly under hot water and cut off two thin slices. Squeeze the rest of the lemon. Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a pot and then let it cool down. In a bowl, mix the gin, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and the sugar syrup well.
  2. 2. Distribute the ice cubes evenly in long drink glasses. Pour the gin mixture over them and top up with mineral water. Garnish the Gin Fizz with a lemon slice and serve. Cheers!
