🍰 Aromatic Bundt Cake with Dried Fruits

Ingredients
- almonds, sliced 100 g
- soft apricots, dried and pitted 75 g
- raisins 75 g
- Amaretto 3 tbsp
- butter 250 g
- eggs 4 pcs
- sugar 180 g
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, Type 405 450 tbsp
- baking powder 30 g
- cardamom, ground 0.25 tsp
- coriander, ground 0.25 g
- cinnamon 2 tsp
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place the sliced almonds in a dry frying pan.
- 3. Toast the almonds briefly over medium heat.
- 4. Remove the almonds from the pan and let them cool down completely.
- 5. Cut the apricots into small cubes.
- 6. Add the apricot cubes, raisins, and Amaretto to a bowl.
- 7. Mix the fruits thoroughly with the liqueur.
- 8. Put the butter, sugar, and salt into a large mixing bowl.
- 9. Beat the ingredients until creamy using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
- 10. Add the eggs one by one and continue stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
- 11. Mix the flour, baking powder, and spices in a separate bowl.
- 12. Alternate by adding the flour mixture and the milk to the batter in turns.
- 13. Gently fold the dried fruits into the finished batter.
- 14. Grease a 22-centimeter Bundt cake pan.
- 15. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 16. Bake the cake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
- 17. Let the cake cool down completely after baking.
- 18. Dust the finished Bundt cake with powdered sugar before serving.
