🍳 Healthy Breakfast Waffles with Berries

Ingredients
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- bananas 3 pcs.
- eggs 3 pcs.
- spelt flour, Type 630 5 tbsp
- oats, hearty 1 tbsp
- baking powder 0.5 packet
- oil for greasing 1 tbsp
- yogurt, plain 4 tbsp
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly rinse the blueberries under running water.
- 2. Peel the ripe bananas and mash them into a pulp in a bowl using a fork.
- 3. Add the eggs, flour, oat flakes, and baking powder to the banana mixture.
- 4. Stir all ingredients together until you have a smooth batter.
- 5. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease the molds with oil.
- 6. Distribute one ladleful of batter evenly into the waffle mold.
- 7. Bake the waffles for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Garnish each waffle with one tablespoon of yogurt and one tablespoon of blueberries.
- 9. Sprinkle the waffles with powdered sugar to taste and serve them.
