  2. 2. Wash the cucumbers and slice them thinly.
  3. 3. Cut out eight small circles from a slice of cheese.
  4. 4. Drain the olives in a sieve.
  5. 5. Slice the olives.
  6. 6. Mix cream cheese with one tablespoon of crème fraîche and one tablespoon of tomato paste in a bowl.
  7. 7. Season the cream with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Spread one teaspoon of butter on each of the four whole wheat toast slices.
  9. 9. Spread a portion of the seasoned cream cheese mixture onto the toast slices.
  10. 10. Place lettuce on the toast slices.
  11. 11. Place the cucumber slices on the lettuce.
  12. 12. Place the remaining cheese slices on the cucumbers.
  13. 13. Finally, place salami on the sandwich slices.
  14. 14. Cut the remaining whole wheat toast slices so that an arch is formed at the bottom.
  15. 15. Guide the knife in an arc from one corner of the toast to the opposite corner.
  16. 16. Fold the cut slightly open to form a mouth.
  17. 17. Place a mouth-toast slice on the filled sandwich slice.
  18. 18. Pull a piece of salami slightly out of the mouth opening.
