Ingredients
- Cucumbers 2 pcs
- Spring onions 0.5 bunch
- Smoked tofu 175 g
- Garlic cloves 2 pcs
- Passion fruit 4 pcs
- chili pepper mix 1 pcs
- Soy sauce 6 tbsp
- Sesame oil 4 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Sesame, roasted 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumbers and spring onions thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the garlic.
- 3. Take a large jar with a tightly sealable lid.
- 4. Slice the cucumbers using a kitchen slicer directly into the jar.
- 5. Slice the smoked tofu directly into the jar as well.
- 6. Slice the peeled garlic into the jar with the other ingredients.
- 7. Cut the passion fruits in half.
- 8. Scrape out the pulp and seeds from the shells using a fork.
- 9. Add the pulp and seeds directly into the jar.
- 10. Cut the chili peppers into thin rings using scissors directly into the salad.
- 11. Cut the spring onions into thin slices using scissors directly into the salad.
- 12. Pour the soy sauce into the jar.
- 13. Pour the sesame oil into the jar.
- 14. Add the sugar to the jar.
- 15. Add the roasted sesame seeds to the jar.
- 16. Place the lid on the jar.
- 17. Seal the jar tightly.
- 18. Shake the jar vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- 19. Ensure that all ingredients are well mixed.
- 20. Serve the salad immediately.
