🍽️ Sliced Pork in Paprika Cream Sauce with Oven Potatoes

Ingredients
- small potatoes, mainly firm 1 kg
- oil 4 tbsp
- rosemary, dried 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- bell pepper, red 1 pc.
- bell pepper, green 1 pc.
- bell pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- minute steaks from pork 600 g
- bell pepper, sweet 1 tsp
- vegetable broth 400 ml
- whipping cream 200 g
- tomato paste 1 tsp
- cornstarch 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
- 3. Place the potato halves into a bowl.
- 4. Add two tablespoons of oil, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Toss the potatoes well to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
- 6. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 7. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- 8. Cut an onion in half and remove the outer skin.
- 9. Peel the garlic clove.
- 10. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 11. Remove the green stem and the inner core of the bell pepper.
- 12. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 13. Wash the pork schnitzel and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
- 14. Cut the meat into strips about one centimeter wide.
- 15. Place the halved onion and the garlic clove into the mixing container.
- 16. Chop the onion and garlic for four seconds on speed eight.
- 17. Scrape down the sides of the container with a spatula.
- 18. Add the meat strips, salt, pepper, one teaspoon of paprika powder, and two tablespoons of oil.
- 19. Fry the meat mixture for five minutes on the sauté setting.
- 20. Add the pepper strips, broth, cream, and tomato paste to the pot.
- 21. Cook the sauce for 20 minutes on speed one at 100 degrees in reverse stirring mode.
- 22. Mix cornstarch with a little cold water in a small bowl.
- 23. Pour the starch-water mixture into the sauce.
- 24. Heat the sauce for two minutes on speed one at 100 degrees in reverse stirring mode.
- 25. Finally, season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 26. Plate the sliced pork with the paprika sauce.
- 27. Serve the dish together with the oven potatoes.
