  1. 1. Heat a pan over low heat.
  2. 2. Roast the almonds in it for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Remove one tablespoon of the roasted almonds and set them aside.
  4. 4. Cover the remaining almonds with water and let them soak for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Place the soaked almonds along with the soaking water into a tall container.
  6. 6. Blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
  7. 7. Add a little more water if necessary.
  8. 8. Season the dip with salt to taste.
  9. 9. Wash the dill thoroughly and pat it dry.
  10. 10. Finely chop the dill.
  11. 11. Coarsely chop the reserved almonds.
  12. 12. Season the dip with pumpkin seed oil and pepper.
  13. 13. Spoon the dip into a bowl.
  14. 14. Garnish with the chopped almonds and dill.
  15. 15. Serve the dip and enjoy!
