🍽️ Crunchy Almond Nut Dip

Ingredients
- almonds, whole 250 g
- almonds, whole, blanched 250 g
- water 300 ml
- salt pinch
- dill, fresh 10 g
- pumpkin seed oil 1 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan over low heat.
- 2. Roast the almonds in it for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Remove one tablespoon of the roasted almonds and set them aside.
- 4. Cover the remaining almonds with water and let them soak for 15 minutes.
- 5. Place the soaked almonds along with the soaking water into a tall container.
- 6. Blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
- 7. Add a little more water if necessary.
- 8. Season the dip with salt to taste.
- 9. Wash the dill thoroughly and pat it dry.
- 10. Finely chop the dill.
- 11. Coarsely chop the reserved almonds.
- 12. Season the dip with pumpkin seed oil and pepper.
- 13. Spoon the dip into a bowl.
- 14. Garnish with the chopped almonds and dill.
- 15. Serve the dip and enjoy!
