  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Wash the white cabbage and cut it into bite-sized strips.
  3. 3. Toss the cabbage strips in a bowl with two tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Spread the cabbage evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Roast the cabbage in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  6. 6. Turn on the grill for the last five minutes to make the cabbage crispy.
  7. 7. Remove the baking sheet and let the cabbage cool down.
  8. 8. Slice the onion into thin rings.
  9. 9. Wash the apples and cut them into thin wedges.
  10. 10. Roughly chop the almonds.
  11. 11. Wash the lemon and finely grate the zest.
  12. 12. Squeeze the halved lemon to get the juice.
  13. 13. Heat the remaining olive oil in a small pan.
  14. 14. Sauté the onion rings and almonds in the pan until soft.
  15. 15. Add the lemon zest, chili flakes, one tablespoon of honey, a pinch of salt, and one teaspoon of lemon juice to the pan.
  16. 16. Let the mixture simmer for about two minutes.
  17. 17. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
  18. 18. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  19. 19. Season the sauce with some lemon juice and salt to taste.
  20. 20. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  21. 21. Pluck the dill tips and add them to the sauce.
  22. 22. Mix the cooled cabbage with the apple wedges.
  23. 23. Drizzle the salad with the yogurt sauce.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the salad with the roasted almonds.
