🍽️ Crispy Chickpea Snack

Ingredients
- chickpeas from the can 400 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- rose pepper 2 tbsp
- garlic, granulated 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Open the two cans of chickpeas.
- 3. Drain the chickpeas into a colander.
- 4. Let the chickpeas drain well.
- 5. Take a large bowl.
- 6. Put the drained chickpeas into the bowl.
- 7. Add one tablespoon of oil.
- 8. Add two tablespoons of paprika powder.
- 9. Add one teaspoon of garlic.
- 10. Season with some pepper.
- 11. Mix everything well until the chickpeas are evenly seasoned.
- 12. Take a baking tray.
- 13. Line the tray with baking paper.
- 14. Spread the chickpeas evenly on the tray.
- 15. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 16. Bake the chickpeas for about 35 minutes.
- 17. Remove the tray when the chickpeas are golden brown.
- 18. Season the roasted chickpeas with salt to taste.
- 19. Let the chickpeas cool down for a short while.
- 20. Enjoy the snack lukewarm or cold.
